In Skyscraper, Will Sawyer (Dwayne Johnson), a war veteran and former FBI Hostage Rescue Team leader, now works as a security consultant for ultra-high-rise buildings. When he’s called to China to inspect “The Pearl”—the tallest and most technologically advanced skyscraper in the world—what begins as a routine assignment turns into a nightmare.
A sudden and mysterious inferno erupts in the upper levels of the building, trapping hundreds inside—including Will’s wife (Neve Campbell) and children. To make matters worse, Will is framed for the attack. Now a fugitive with his family in peril, he must defy gravity and climb the burning structure with limited time, no tools, and a shattered reputation.
